Delete your account and data

Deleting your Halt account permanently erases your account and everything attached to it from our systems: your scans and photos, 3D reconstructions, measurements, questionnaire answers, routines and history.

Applies to the Halt app, published by FRIIO (SASU).

Option 1 — from the app (immediate)

• Open Halt
• Go to Settings → Account
• Choose Delete my account and confirm

Your account and synced data are deleted permanently. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — by email

Write to friio.iocontact@gmail.com from the email address of your Halt account, with the subject "Halt account deletion". We process every request within 30 days and confirm once done.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, credentials)
• Your scans, photos and 3D reconstructions synced to our servers
• Your measurements, questionnaire answers, routines and history
• Data stored locally on your device is removed when you delete the account from the app, or when you uninstall it

What may be retained

• Purchase records kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own policies (we cannot delete store records)
• Minimal records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoicing), never including your photos or health-related data

Cancelling your subscription is separate: manage it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
