3.2 Hosting of application data

The data of the application's users (database and authentication) is hosted by Supabase, Inc. (United States) — supabase.com. Data transfers to the United States are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Intellectual Property

The name "Friio", the friio.io domain name, the logo, the interface, the texts, graphics, and all elements making up the application and the website are the exclusive property of the company FRIIO, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of FRIIO is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under the French Intellectual Property Code.
